Having problems with Intro to the medley, and writing Chocobo's theme in 5/4. Yuffie's theme is a good possibility but it's very kiddish...
Yes, the mini-ensemble is not mini at all. It's a small ensemble. well, neither is it small. Actually the hidden agenda is a rebellion, against you-know-the-one-whose-name-cannot-be-spoken. So, who's on my side?

Intro as in the scale played by the harp? I suggest splitting the parts into different sections but exclude the long notes (which is actually the main melody).

i think the intro can be played as Hansen suggested (with interlinking guitar parts playing the arpeggios). The long notes can be written for a flute? just a suggestion..
