My auntie said the first 2 pieces made her feel like she was in a Japanese spa overlooking Mt Fuji. She also liked "In the mood". Said it made her feel in the mood. Other pieces she liked were "Malaguena" and "Prince of Egypt" (cuz familiar tune). I asked her about the rest of the pieces but then she said the ones that impressed her were the ones that she mentioned to me (i.e. the above). She cannot remember what simple gifts sounded like... haha. So anyway, just some feedback from an "amateur audience" (her words).
It was really nice performing at esplanade, everyth from e ceilings to acoustic and dressing rooms. I m very glad to be part of expose, at least the real ban tong shui (myself) has some improvements now.. Hope to be back at esplanade again!

hihi Wai!
不知道他们(ESPLANADE)有没有帮我们录音,但我们肯定有录影!
看看有没有人能把某些较精彩的片段上载到YouTube lor. :)
It's great to be playing interesting pieces. Must scold us more often. :D
My mum did say that our conductor did not "dance" as much as he did when we first started performing. :D
