Occasional surfs for guitar competitions. Happen to find this one, would be fantastic if we could take part.

I read about a Japan Guitar Ensemble Competition in 1998 too, but doesn't seem to follow up in the years to come.
Anyway, I was wondering if we could liaise with Niibori/Tsu people and see if we could take part in their local competitions.
