my guess is, it will be on a co-share basis (rgding the instruments), if CFA agrees to the formation.
Unless/until the day that we are able to prove that the group is capable of producing concrete BENEFITS (need not be simply in monetary terms, rather like in promoting the Centre), then perhaps there is some bargaining power on our side, for the purchasing of new instruments for the split-entity. :)
